I've been there too! I spent years dreading performances, hating the sound of my own voice and wallowing in the negativity of every piece of constructive feedback I received. I believed that in order to be an authentic artist I needed to emotionally torture myself, as I could only write great songs if I was unhappy. Many years later, after several album releases, hundreds upon hundreds of live shows, lifestyle changes and continents moved, I realised that actually I had been the only barrier to my own success - a realisation both freeing and horrifying at the same time!

In my decade spent as a vocal coach, I noticed that the biggest barrier to most of my clients was not talent or ability, but a lack of confidence and self belief. I began an adventure into the world of psychology, mindfulness, meditation and eventually EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) in an attempt to discover why we so often feel this way, and what we can do to help ourselves overcome these personal obstacles. 

Drawing on all of these experiences, I've developed a very real and practical method to help guide you on your journey to becoming the Bold, Brave & Loud performer you truly are.
